Raymond Goldbaum, over - all chairman of this show, announces that 80 prominent Detroit and Michigan artists are submitting 300 of their finest works: oil and water color paintings, sculptures, collages, graphics, sketches. Rubin Heads Torch Drive, Division Saul J. Rubin, president of the Grossman Livonia Realty Co., has been named Central Wayne busi- ness division chairman for the cur- rent Torch Drive. Rubin is in charge of organizing volunteers calling on commercial companies in the Central Wayne area for contributions during the drive. Besides his Torch Drive work, Rubin is active with the Jewish Welfare Federation and the Jewish Community Center. This year's drive runs through Nov. 10 and seeks operating funds for nearly 200 health and social services.
