Friends are invited. * The Michigan Region of Wo- men's American ORT (Organization for Rehabilitation Through Train- ing) will launch its fall member- ship drive noon Wednesday at the Franklin Hills Country Club. Admission will be one or more new members who, with their spon- sors, will be admitted as guests of ORT, according to Mrs. Ben Brant, region vice president, and Mrs. Henry Pariser, region chairman of membership. For those unable to bring a new member, there will be a nominal admission char g e. Prospective members are welcome, and those who join ORT on that day may have the price of admission cred- ited towards their annual dues. A petite lunch will precede the pro- gram. A winter fashion show will feature highlights from the American designer collections, plus blazing fashions for after- dark. Madelyn Coe, Hudson's fashion co•ordinator, who has recently returned from the Paris couture collections will commen- tate a preview of copies of the recent Paris collections.
