Harry Berger, Age 70; Temple Charter Member

Harry Harold Berger, a charter
member of Temple Israel, died
Aug. 25 at age 70.
Mr. Berger, 15402 Hartwell, was
a retired salesman for the Gen-
eral Linen Co. Born in Cleveland,
he lived here 42 years. A veteran
of the Army Medical Corps in
World War I, he was senior vice
commander of Post 135 of the
Jewish War Veterans and a mem-
ber of the Julius Rosenwald Post
of the American Legion. He also
was a board member of the Par-
ents Association of Lapeer State
Hospital and Training School.
