TRY THIS SECRET recipe for a
chef's salad with Caeser dressing
It's so delightfully tangy that we
thought it might be of interest to
the cook in the family . . . IN-
GREDIENTS: 2 cups salad oil, 34
cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar,
1 4
tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon.
Accent, tablespoon Worchester-
shire sauce, 14 tablespoon Lawry
salt, 1/4 tablespoon dry mustard,
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley,
1 pinch oregano, 1 pinch white pep-
per. 1 pinch , garlic powder, juice of
one fresh lemon, 1 coddle egg
(immerse raw egg into boiling
water for 15 seconds) . . . WHAT
TO DO: Beat egg and mix all dry
ingredients . . . Add lemon juice
. . . gradually stir in vinegar and
oil • . Beat thoroughly . . . Store
in refrigerator until serving time
to chill and blend flavors.
