Shevitz for nomination as Recorder's Court judge. Shevitz' program to "humanize", the court and his efforts in human relations have won him a spot on the Wayne County AFL-CIO slate for the Aug. 2 primary. He was rated "well qualified" by the Detroit Bar Association's advisory committee.
