2 1/2 cups flour
1 /2 lb. butter
2 egg yolks
Pinch salt
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Cut butter into flour that has been
mixed with sugar and salt, add egg
yolks and enough sour cream to make
a soft dough. Refrigerate 1/2 hr. before
making fruit tarts. Roll out dough or
pat into greased pans one fourth inch
thick. Proceed with filling as above
indicated.
