Five Sisters Reunited After 40 Years

The Sheraton-Cadillac Hotel was
the setting June 25 for the mar-
riage of Ilene Carol Mirvis to Ste-
phen Philip Leff.
Parents of the couple are Mr.
and Mrs. Bernard J. Mirvis of New
Hampshire Rd., Southfield and Mr.
and Mrs. Julius Leff of Long Is-
land.
Rabbi Morton Kanter of Temple
Beth El officiated at the ceremony.
The bride wore an Empire gown
of silk organza accented with
Alencon lace and pearls. Her silk
illusion veil fell from a matching
organza bow. She carried a bou-
qtiet of orchids, Stephanotis and
cascades of ivy.
Mrs. Howard Leff of Massepe-
qua, N.Y., was her matron of
honor. Bridesmaids were Lynn Mir-
vis, and Nancy Leff, sister of the
bridegroom.
Howard Leff served his broth-
er as best man. Ushers were Na-
