British Catholics Form

LONDON (JTA) — John Card-
inal Heenan, archbishop of West-
minster and leader of British Cath-
olics , announced the formation in
England of a national commission
to implement the recent decree
adopted by the Vatican Ecumenical
Council aimed at better relations
between the Catholic Church and
the Jewish religion.
He named Christopher Hollis, a
well-known Catholic layman, as
chairman of the commission. Hollis,
a writer and journalist and a form-
er member of Parliament, is one of
the leaders of progressive Cathol-
icism in this country.

Weizmann Institute
OK's $7 Million Budget

TEL AVIV (JTA) — The execu-
