Mrs. Bloom Given Torch Drive Post Mrs. Leslie Bloom has been named Region Chairman 22 for the 1966 Torch Drive, Mrs. L. Hudson Rosenthal, Central Wayne County residential chairman announced. Mrs. Bloom will be in charge of training and solicitation efforts of women volunteers in her region.
