.

For the period of time that
I've been writing these
columns, the personal re-
sponse has been most grati-
fying. It
really gives
one a ter-
rific lift
to receive
recognition
for a crea-
tive effort.
However
the end re- MAX SIMON
suit that I've been hoping
for has never materialized
therefore with this column
I am singing my swan sang.

It was my hope that by being
entertaining and interesting
in my advertising that peo-
ple would respond and more
business would result. This
has not been the ease. In
fact it has been extremely
disappointing. Therefore I
bid adieu to this column,
pasta la vista to my friends,
and goodbye Mrs. Calabash.

From now on I will try con-
ventional advertising. Please
look for - my ads, won't you?
Sincerely,
MAX SIMON
