Alpert Attorney Benjamin Alpert, who had law offices in the Cadillac Towers Building more than 50 years, died Wednesday at age 73 Mr. Alpert, 19350 Shrewsbury was honored in 1964 as a 50-year member of the Michigan Bar As- sociation. He was a graduate of Yale University and the Detroit College of Law in 1914. A member of Temple Beth El, Mr. Alpert also belonged to its men's club. A brother, Daniel, who also was an attorney, died last October. David E. Love, retired traffic manager of ordnance at the Chry- sler Tank Arsenal in Warren, died Wednesday at age 80. Impresario Max Rabinoff Succumbs in N.Y. at 87 NEW YORK - Max Rabinoff, who came to this country as a poor immigrant from Russia and later became an opera impresario and philanthropist, died Tuesday at age 87.
