Joan Tatken Is Bride of Mr. Harold Provizer MRS. HAROLD PROVIZER Cong. Shaarey Zedek was the scene of the noon marriage cere- mony of Joan Tatken, daughter of Mrs. Louis Berry of Parkside Dr. and the late Mr. Louis Tatken, to Harold Provizer, son- of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Provizer of Marlow Ave., Oak Park. Officiating was Rabbi Irwin Groner, assisted by Cantors Reuven Frankel and Jacob .S. Son- enklar. The bride was gowned -in an en- semble of gros de Londres, the floor-lengt• dress styled with an empire jeweled bodice and A-line skirt. The coat featured matching jeweled sleeves and a court-style, -- chapel-length train. A matching jeweled toque held the full tiered veil of imported silk illusion. Barbara Ann Tatken, sister of the bride, served as maid of hon- or, and the bridegroom's sister, Mrs. Morris Starkman, was ma- tron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Abraham Levy and sisters of the bride, Mrs. Harvey Snider and Marcy Tatken. Susan Starkman, niece of the groom, was a junior bridesmaid. Dr. Morris Starkman served as best man, and ushers were Harold Berry, Peter Cooper, Marvin dher- rin, Harry Nosanchuk, Stuart Small and Harvey Snider. The couple left for the Carib- bean Islands and 'Florida before re- turning to their new residence in Southfield.
