Name Mrs. Elliman Fashion Show Head The appointment of Mrs. Louis M. Elliman as chairman of • the 1966 all-Israel fashion show was announced by Mrs. Morris L. Scha- ver, chairman of the Israel Bond Women's Division. The fashion show, highlight of Women's Division activities, will be presented at a luncheon May 12, at Cong. Shaarey Zedek. She accompanied her husband on the UJA national mission last year to Israel and Rome and par- ticipated in the dedication of a forest in Israel in the memory of Mr. Elliman's parents. A special breakfast meeting for Detroit Israel Bond Women's Division leadership will be held 9:45 a.m. Monday at Holiday Manor, to discuss activities in advance of the All-Israel Fash- ion Show and luncheon. The breakfast meeting will also serve as an official welcome to Mrs. Esther Hackel of the Na- tional Israel Bond Women's Divi- sion, who will help plan and co- ordinate the activities. Mrs. Hackel, a native of Jack- sonville, Fla., now residing in New York, has been associated with the Israel Bond program since its inception. She has just returned from the National Israel Bond Conference, where she assist- ed in the world premiere presen- tation of the fashion show which Detroiters will see in May.
