Increases of up to 33 per cent in the price of milk, newspapers, automobile insurance and radio registration fees were made known Tuesday to take effect at the new year. This follows the disclosure Monday of rises in high school tui- tion fees and the cost of health insurance. High school tuition fees, one announcement stated, will be in- creased by 20 per cent. At the same time, the Association of Health Insurance Companies an- nounced a 20 per cent increase in the cost of its policies. The tuition rise will affect the children of Israelis attending the secondary schools, although many Israeli youngsters receive scholar- ships based both on their scholas- tic ability and on the financial situation of their parents. In spite of such scholarships, however, the majority of high school students pay at least part of their total tuition.
