TEMPLE EMANU-EL SISTER-
HOOD will hold a "Latke Lunch"
and shopping bazaar noon Sunday
in the Esther Katzman and Patri-
cia Modell Rooms. The "Latke
Lunch" consists of all the potato
pancakes and trimmings one can
eat for a dollar. The shopping ba-
zaar will feature gifts for the
Hanukah season. There will also
be a gift wrapping department.

The FRIENDS OF HILLEL DAY
SCHOOL will hold a membership
musicale tea 1 p.m. Thursday at
the home of Mrs. Morris Schaver,

don Staples, violinist with the De-
troit Symphony Orchestra, will be
the guest musical artist. Rabbi
Leonard Cahan of Adas Shalom
also will be a guest. This is one of
a series of programs Friends of
Hillel Day School is sponsoring
to acquaint the community with
the role of the school in providing
a total Hebrew and English educa-
tion for children from kindergar-
ten through the eighth grade.
