of the High Holy Days
Sept. 27-28 and Oct. 6, The
Jewish News has set early
deadlines for its issues of
Oct. 1 and 8.
Deadline on copy, photo-
graphs and displays ads
for the issue of Oct. 1 will
be noon today. It is advised
that classified ads be
placed as early as possible
to avoid the last-minute
rush next Wednesday.
For the issue of Oct. 8,
copy must be submitted
no later than 9 a.m. Mon-
day, Oct. 4. As usual, photo-
graphs will be due the
preceding Friday at noon.
Classified ad deadline for
the issue of Oct. 8 will be
noon Tuesday, Oct. 5; dis-
play ads, 4 p.m. Monday,
Oct. 4.
Sukkot, on Monday and
Tuesday, Oct. 11 12, also
will make early deadlines
necessary.
