Vicki Fisher, 12, her •sister Karyn, 11, and a friend, Zeeda Ko- pel, 12, operated a day camp for children in their neighborhood ever since school let out in June. Held in the Fisher home at 13141 Oak Park Blvd., the camp drew 12-14 youngsters from age 11/2 (that one came in diapers) to 8. The three counselors pick- ed up and delivered their young charges, all of whom were on "scholarships," paying no fee for the summer experience.
