League of Jewish Women's Groups
to Present Rosenberg Youth Awards

The League of Jewish Women's
Organizations, an affiliate of the
National Bureau of Federated Jew-
ish Women's Organizations, will
hold its annual youth award meet-
ing 8:15 p.m. Thursday at Tem-
73.e Emanu-El.
Mrs. Sol Hammerstein, president,
announced the Mildred Simons
Rosenberg Memorial Youth Awards
will be presented to an outstand-
ing young man and woman in the
community, chosen on the basis
of high scholastic standing, parti-
cipation in community and school
activities and potential leadership
ability.
Mrs. Joseph H. Maltzer, youth
award chairman, will make the

bert Schiff, director, personnel
division, Detroit Public School
System; Manuel S. Simon, coun-
selor at Mumford High School and
supervising principal at Temple
Israel High School; and Mrs. George
M. Stutz, co-advisor, Michigan State
Temple Youth for the Michigan
Federation of Temple Sisterhoods.
