annual culminating luncheon and
installation 12:30 p.m. Wednesday
at Topinka's Country House. The
program will feature entertain-
ment by Allan Heller. Mrs. Louis

Rubin as president. Other officers

NEW YORK—A two-day insti-
tute, a "Program for Programing,"
will be conducted by the Herzl In-
stitute for 40 leaders of the Ha-
dassah-Wizo Or g a ni z ati on of
Canada, at the Jewish Agency
building, Monday and Tuesday.
Nine experts in various aspects
of Jewish organizational program-
ing will lead workshops for the
women from Montreal, Toronto,
Ottawa and seven other Canadian
cities.

Plan Michigan Branch
Parley in Grand Rapids

Michigan Branch of National
Women's League of United Syna-
gogue of America will hold its
Spring Conference Sunday and
Monday at the Pantlind Hotel,
Grand Rapids. Mrs. Benjamin T.
Smith of Grand Rapids is chair-
man of the conference, theme of
which is "Heed, My Child, the
Guidance of Your Father and For-
sake Not the Torah of Your
Mother."
Mrs. Ann Leeman, president of
Michigan Branch. will introduce
attorney Mrs. Milton C. Lippitz,
who will serve as national
speaker—consultant for the parley
Mrs. Lippitz was president of
Central Branch, and as a tribute
to her the sisterhoods of the
branch founded the Blanche Lip-
pitz Library at Camp Ramah, Wis-
consin. She is on the Board of
Jewish Education and the College
of Jewish Studies.

16 affiliated sisterhoods in the
