Marx Testamentary Trust at dedication ceremonies of the new $500,000 Marx Law Li- brary at the University of Cin- cinnati Saturday. Levi and the late Judge Marx were partners in the Detroit firm of Marx, Levi, Thill, Wiseman and Rollins. Notables who will participate in the 10 a.m. services Saturday are led by U.S. Chief Justice Earl Warren. The famed trial lawyer Rob- ert S. Marx first met Levi in 1924 when the elder man was judging an oratorical contest in a Cincinnati high school. Levi won the contest, and Marx told the young orator if he ever de- cided to become a lawyer to call him. In 1931—seven years later —Levi took Marx up on the offer. In 1938 the two men came to Detroit where they estab- lished the law firm.
