Premiers of Italy, Britain Agree on Mid-East Views ROME (JTA) — Prime Minister Harold Wilson of Britain told a press conference here, in, reply to a question, that he had discussed - Middle East problems with Italian Premier Aldo Moro. The question apparently was raised because there was no refer- ence to the Middle East in the communique issued here by the two premiers. The British leader said that the omission was irrele- vant and probably due to the large identity of views between the two leaders. Discussing specific aspects of problems and dangers in the Mid- dle East, Wilson mentioned the plans of the Arabs to divert head- waters of their territories of the Jordan River and- thus deny the Jordan River water to Israel. He reiterated his opinion that Israel should take the water issue to the United Nations, rather than resort to force. NY Mt. Sinai Hospital Gets Funds for School NEW YORK (JTA) — Mount Sinai Hospital, which is planning to build a 23-story medical school at a cost of $55,000,000, has al- ready obtained $15,000,000 of that sum in pledges, it was announced by Gustave L. Levy, chairman of the hospital's board of directors. The new undegraduate school is scheduled to be opened in 1968 and will be geared to graduating 96 physicians a year, beginning in 1972. In addition to the construction of the school, the hospital, accord- ing to its officials, plans to raise a $5,000,000 endowment fund; has applied for $26,000,000 in federal aid; and will spend $8,000,000 to $9,000,000 on self-s up p orting buildings like student dormitories, staff housing, a family lounge and a professional building.
