Ehrlich Morris Brandwine Morris Brandwine has accepted the chairmanship of the planning committee for the Jewish National Fund dinner which will honor Bernard Isaacs June 16, Dr. Israel Wiener, chairman of the JNF Council, announced. Abe Kasle has been named hon- orary chairman of - the committee. Mrs. Joseph H. Ehrlich and Philip Slomovitz are honorary vice- chairmen. The committee, now in formation, will be announced later. Brandwine expressed the hope that the dinner will bring in a sum exceeding $20,000 for the planting of a forest of 10,000 trees in Mr. Isaacs' honor. The Bernard Isaacs Forest in Israel will be part of the large John F. Kennedy Memorial Forest being planted by the JNF. Brandwine said reservations for the June 16 dinner will be by the planting of a minimum of 25 trees —at $2 a tree—per couple. He predicted that many admirers of Mr. Isaacs will plant Gardens in Israel — of 100 trees each — and that there is hope that some may wish to plan Israel Groves of 1,000 trees each.
