Some 60 youth leaders have been attending the Inter-European Conference of Jewish Youth. Rabbi Gunther Hirschberg of New York, who was born in Berlin and who is the only American rabbi participating in the confer- ence, will speak at the Sabbath evening service of the Liberal Synagogue in Berlin, which the youth leaders will attend. The con- ference which has representation from Britain, Holland, West Ger- many and other countries was or- ganized by the Reform World Union for Progressive Judaism. The program has included semi- nars and discussions with German and Jewish secular authorities and talks with theologians at the Free University of Berlin.
