luncheon for local and state dig-
nitaries by Phillip Stollman and
Sam Frankel, spokesmen for the
Biltcnore Development Co.

and Maple, will open to the public
this weekend.
The first phase of the largest
apartment house complex in Mich-
igan has a half-mile long, four-
lane boulevard, constructed access
roads and 320 apartments in vari-
ous stages of construction.
Eventually, Somerset Park will
house 2,000 families in garden-
type, town-house and high-rise
apartments.
Stollman identified other prin-
cipals in the program as his bro-
ther, Max Stollman; Max Fisher,
Jason Honigman, Irwin I. Cohn
and Sam Frankel.
