TORONTO (JTA) — A Toronto
neo-Nazi group is trying to recruit
14- to 21-year-old storm troops
with guts to stand up to the de-
stroyers of our society," and to be
trained in the use of weapon s,
basic explosives and demolition.
The group. which calls itself the
Canada Youth Corps, has issued a
recruiting pamphlet carrying the
pictures of David Stanley, 20,
Scarboro racist. and Neil Car-
michael, leader of the Social Credit
Action Party and a former Socred
Federal candidate.
The youth corps pamphlet
promises youths training in the
use of weapons, preparation of
explosives, infiltration of "sub-
versive" organizations and the
breaking up of meetings and
other storm trooper activities.
A bundle of the recruit pamph-
lets was found in the rotunda of
University of Toronto's Univer-
sity College.
Training sessions are advertis-
ing for every Tuesday night at 902
Yonge St.. the address of the So-
cial Credit Action Party headquar-
ters. The pamphlet lists two phone
numbers — one of the SCAP, the
other Carmichael's business num-
ber. He runs a stamp and coin
agency.
Both Carmichael and Stanley
have denied authorship or distribu-
tion of the leaflet.

Theodore Kollek Resigns
Post in Eshkol's Office

JERUSALEM (JTA) — Theodore
Kollek formally resigned as direc-
tor general of the prime minister's
office after serving in the post
since 1952. Earlier this year he
requested a six-month leave of ab-
sence.
In a letter accepting Kollek's
resignation, Premier Levi Eshkol
stressed his great achievements
and expressed the hope that in the
future the government would "find
a way to prevent the loss of your
ability in the office you built."
Kollek is now devoting himself
to the completion of the Israel Na-
tional Museum here which is due
to open next May.
Prime Minister Eshkol an-
nounced the appointment of Zeev
Sheaf, former secretary of the
Cabinet and internal revenue com-
missioner, as general adviser.
