Ebon, Gromyko Confer on Problems in UN UNITED NATIONS, N.Y. (JTA) —Israel's Deputy Prime Minister Abba Eban conferred with Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko on problems currently before the United Nations General Assembly. They discussed the situation in the Middle East, the peace-keeping activities of the United Nations, and the protection of frontiers of sovereign states against forcible changes. Present at the talk were Am- bassador Michael Comay, head of the permanent Israel delegation to the United Nations, and Gideon Raphael, a member of this year's delegation to the General Assem- bly.
