Mr. and Mrs. Meyer Simon Make
Notable Gift to Pontiac Hospital

Valuable additions to the equipment of St. Joseph Mercy Hos-
pital, Pontiac, are shown above with the donors and Sister Mary
Xavier. R. S. M., administrator of the hospital. The donors, Mr. and
Mrs. Meyer Simon, live at 111 Oneida Drive in Pontiac. Simon
is president of Simms Brothers, Inc. On this occasion the Simons
gave the hospital two croupettes, for treatment of children with
respiratory infections, and suction apparatus, to which Simon is
pointing in the photograph, for use in the hospital's operatng rooms.
In the past the Simons have given the hospital a cardiac pacemaker
and• three isolettes, incubators for premature babies. Mr. and Mrs.
Simon are • active in many Jewish movements.

cent Shrine Club dinner, where Al
became reinstated as a Shriner be-
cause of Otto.
