SIEBERT pioneer court reporter and an ac- tive leader in Congregation Shaarey Zedek, the Zionist and other movements. Siebert has just retired as president of the Bridgeport Jewish Community Center. During his presidency the necessary fund was raised for the new Jewish Cen- ter building and he presided at its formal opening. Siebert is active in Bridgeport's Jewish Community Council, the United Fund of Eastern Fairfield County, Jewish War Veterans, Bnai Brith, Congregation Rodeph Sholom, which he has served as chairman of the building fund, and has served on many commu- nity and Jewish Center commit- tees.
