N.Y. Writer Joins `Over the Counter'

Jim Rusk. 25-year-old composer
and lyricist for many of the more
popular songs now being per-
, formed in the "Over the Counter "
revue, has joined the show's cast,
director Henry K. Martin an-
nounced.
Rusk replaces pianist-a c t or
George Wright, who left the cast
to accept a scholarship to the Na-
tional Theater School of Canada.

"The Dolly Song," "The Water
Song" and "Hip-Hooray" are three
of they numbers Rusk has written
for Over the Counter.

sented six nights weekly in the
intimate atmosphere of cabaret at
Jeri's Restaurant and Cocktail
