announced the largest volume of
sales of residential and commer-
cial property of any October in
the firm's 34-year history. The
Elsea firm closed 166 sales in Octo-
ber for a dollar volume of $1,673,-
850.91. This compares with 116
sales for $1,370,270 in October of
last year, an increase of 22 percent.
