New York has sent a message of
good wishes to the International
Labor Organization on the occasion
of its 45th anniversary. The mes-
sage was sent by Dr. Maurice L.
Perlzweig, director of the WJC's
department of international affairs
in New York, to David A. Morse,
the director-general of the ILO in
Geneva.
