The program, which will begin
at 2 p.m., will feature two nation-
ally prominent tax attorneys, Rich-
ard Katcher of Ulmer, Berne, La-
ronge, ' Blickman and Curtis of
Cleveland, and Mitchell Rogovin,
assistant to the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue, Washington,
D. C.

Katcher is a graduate of the Uni-
versity of Michigan Law School
and a member of the bar of three
states. He is a lecturer on tax law
at Western Reserve University,
and author of many articles. He is
currently vice-chairman of the corn- ,
mittee on tax accounting problems
of the section of taxation- of the
American Bar Association, and a
member of the excutive commit-
tee of the Cleveland Bar Associa-
tion. His afternoon lecture will be
"Opportunities for Giving Under
the 1964 Tax Law". There will be
a discussion by a panel of local
experts in the tax law field.

Rogovin received his law degrees
from the University of Virginia
Law School and Georgetown Uni-
versity. He is currently chairman
of the Internal Revenue_ Service's
Exempt Organizations Councl and
a lecturer on tax matters at the
University of Virginia. He is a
cousin of Mortimer Caplin, former
Commissioner of Internal Revenue.
His after-dinner speech will cover
"The Internal Revenue Service and
Charitable Giving".
