NEW YORK (JTA) — A unique
two-day institute to train women
volunteers in the. skills and tech-
niques of group dynamics will be
held in conjunction with the Gen-
eral Assembly of the Council of
Jewish Federations and Welfare
Funds at the Chase-Park Plaza
Hotel, St. Louis, it was announced
by Mrs. Hugo Dalsheim of Balti-
more, chairman of the CJFWF
Committee on Women's Communal
Service.
Mrs. Joseph Soffen of Temple
University, Philadelphia, will con-
duct the Institute which will begin
Monday night before the Assembly
officially opens, and conclude
