argued against the present driver license point system, which fails to consider the miles driven, punishment already inflicted

the protection of your constitutional rights. Many devices were planned, such as illegal tickets being given at the scene of
accidents by officers who did not see any offense committed. The majority of those ticketed would plead guilty, thus safety
would be served — Ingle refused to accept this view, contending to the bitter end, that public officials and employees should

protect the rights of the people and not take advantage of the so-called Ignorance of the Law.

Ingle was born June 26, 1921, at Highland Park, Michigan, the son of a factory worker who died when Ingle was 9 years

old. While in high school he was a newspaper boy. Upon graduation, he worked days and attended college at night. Yes,

they were the usual jobs, elevator operator, shipping clerk, truck driver, gas station attendant, office boy, messenger boy, and
mail clerk. Finally the education began to pay dividends and Ingle worked as an office manager, accountant with a Certified

Public Accountant, and finally college was completed, and Inglebegan the practice of law.
