president of the Jewish Braille
Institute.

ticularly meaningful."

and religious needs of the Jewish
blind and serves thousands of
sightless persons throughout the
world without charge.

Dr. Fram Returns to
Temple Israel Pulpit

After an illness of several
months, Dr. Leon Fram has fully
recovered and is resuming all
rabbinical functions.
He will occupy the pulpit to-
night and will deliver a Labor
Day message on the subject "The i
War on Poverty."
Dr. Fram will deliver the High
Holy Days sermons. sharing the'
pulpit with Rabbi M. Syme and
Prof. Eugene Borowitz, of Hebrew
Union College—Jewish Institute of
