Federation Executives Ap praise New Problems

TAMIMENT, Pa. (JTA) — An
intense self-examination of the role
of the Jewish Federation executive
marked the four-day session here
of executive directors from 50 com-
munities in intermediate and small
cities, sponsored by the Council
of Jewish Federations and Welfare
Funds. An institute of small cities
center and federation executives,'
held here simultaneously, was co-
sponsored also ,by the National
Jewish Welfare Board.
This was the 20th year that fed-
eration executives were holding
their annual gathering to discuss,
