Solemnized at Rites

MRS. MARK SHAEVSKY

The marriage vows of Lois Ann
Levi, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Lawrence I Levi of Argyle Cres-
cent, and Mark Shaevsky, son of
Mrs. Tolio Shaevsky of Robson
Ave., were spoken at a ceremony
performed by Dr. Richard C. Hertz,
Sunday,
The bride was gowned in a flow-
er-embroidered organdy sheath
with matching jacket. Her short,
silk illusion veil was held in place
by a large organdy bow across the
top of her hair. She carried a cas-
cade of Phalaenopsis orchids and
Stephanotis on her white Bible.
Matron of honor was Mrs.
Everett Jassy of New York, and
Eleanor Shaevsky, the bride-
groom's sister, was maid of hon-
or. Flower girl was Andrea Lau-
her of Cincinnati.
Maurice Kelman served as best
man, ushers were Everett Jassy
and Robert Levi, the bride's
brother.
After a honeymoon trip to Cali-
fornia, the couple wil live at 16516
Schaefer.

rence Harold Weisman were mar-
ried recently, with Rabbi Emanuel
Applebaum officiating. Their par-
ents are Mr. and Mrs. John Zal-
man of Strathmoor Ave. and Mr.
and Mrs. Manuel Weisman of
Pembroke Ave.
The bride wore a gown of silk
organza and Chantilly lace, with
lace bodice, Sabrina neckline,
elbow-length sleeves and a bouf-
fant bell A-line skirt with a lace
panel in the front. The chapel
train was matching silk organza,
and a pearl crown held the elbow-
length veil of imported silk illu-
sion. She carried orchids and
baby's breath on her confirmation
Bible.
Sandra Zalman, the bride's
sister, was maid of honor, and
bridesmaids included Marcia
Weisman, sister of the bride-
groom; Mrs. Robert Hauser,
Susan Lipshutz and Sharon
Lopo. Barbara Schneider was
junior bridesmaid, and Marcy
Susan Schneider and Donna
Rae Tuttleman were flower
girls.
Alan Goodgall was best man.
Ushers were Eugene Broder, Jef-
frey Schneider. Murray Franklin
and Michael Miller, and the bride-
groom's brother, Robert Weisman,
was junior usher.
