Club The board of governors of the University of Michigan Club of Detroit elected William M. Mazer, Jr., the 59th president of the club. Also named by the board were Charles Low, first vice president; Herman Fsihman, second vice president; John Campbell, secre- tary, and Gilbert Jerome, treas- urer. Mazer succeeds Frederick Mil- burn, who held the office through- out 1963-64, and at 33 becomes the youngest president in the 147- year history of the Club. Mazer thus carries through a family tra- dition started by his father who was president of the Club in 1960- 61 and is currently serving on the club's executive committee.
