The bride wore a Bianchi gown of cameo ivory veiled silk organza and peau de soie fashioned with a controlled skirt. The bodice and skirt featured imported Swiss floral motifs and seed pearl beading. A petite pillbox appliqued with matching motifs and beading held a bouffant veil of French silk illu- sion. She carried a cascade of miniature white orchids on her confirmation Bible. Cherie-Lynne Segan Chosid was her cousin's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Edwina Croll Davis, sister of the bridegroom, and Natalie Block of Chicago. Sen. Charles S. Blondy offered the resolution, which also cited Dr. George S. May, research ar- chivist of the Michigan Historical Commission, who authored the marker's text, and Allen A. War- sen, whose efforts were chiefly instrumental in producing the marker. The Jewish Historical Society dedicated and presented the his- torical roadside marker at cere- monies Sunday at Fort Michili- mackinac, Mackinaw City.
