He is Dr. David Weinstein, now registrar, professor of education and as- sistant to the dean at Hebrew Teachers College, Brookline, Mass. According to Samuel N. Kat- zin, president of the board of education here, Dr. Weinstein, who will assume his new post Feb. 1, will be the youngest president in the 40-year history of the college "and one of the youngest college presidents in the world." Dr. Weinstein, a native of Boston, holds advanced degrees from Harvard and the Hebrew Teachers College.
