Born in St. Louis, Mrs. Gins- burgh was graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Washington Univer- sity, with a major in chemistry. She was active in the UHS Worn- en's Auxiliary and Schaefer Group of Hadassah, in addition to the synagogue sisterhood and its choral group. Besides her husband, Mrs. Ginsburgh is survived by a son, Robert; her mother, Mrs. Ruth Dunie of St. Louis; and a sister, Mrs. Morris (Annette) Wortman of St. Louis. Born in Baranovici, Russia, he settled in Palestine in 1914 and joined EM Harod in 1923. He continued to work weekends there as a waiter even while he was a member of Premier Ben Gurion's cabinet. He quit politics after his pro-Soviet party Mapam split four ways as a reaction to Stalinist anti-Jewish activi- ties. He declined to identify any of the splinters and with- drew to his kibbutz.
