Grant, Hepburn Star in 'Charade' Comedy at Mercury Theater It's more apparent than ever that there are no limits to the entertainment heights that can be reached on the screen by Cary Grant. Just when folks are certain he has achieved the ultimate, Cary pops up with something that tops anything he has accomplished before. Such is the case with "Cha- rade," a fabulous Technicolor blending of romance, comedy and suspense starring Grant and Audrey Hepburn. A thor- oughly enthralled audience at the Mercury Theatre agreed unanimously that this titillating surprise-a-minute bonbon of sheer delight, is Cary at his best, Audrey at her finest, and story-telling in its most perfect form. Why didn't somebody think of putting these two to- gether before this? From its polished opening shots at the smart ski resort at Megeve in the Swiss Alps to its sophisticated amour in Paris, "Charade" is a cinematic charmer, a suave suspense yarn that fizzes with witty dialogue and blase love-making. "Charade," now at the Mer- cury Theater, Schaefer at West McNichols, tickles the risibili- ties while it thrills the heart and twangs the nerves . . the best film of its kind that has reached the screen in years! .
