Seidman is a general partner in the Grand Rapids firm of Seidman and Seidman, Certi- fied Public Accountants. He holds an A.B. degree from Dart- mouth College, an L.L.B. from Harvard Law School and a Mas- ter of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the governor's task force on ex- penditure mangement and has participated in the Michigan eco- nomic development program.
