Plan Iladassah Day' for Opening

of Jewish Center Annual Book Fair JWV Activities Troth Announced

To spark its annual city-wide membership enrollment campaign,
the Detroit Chanter of Hadassah set up an "enrollment booth"
last week on the corner of Livernois and W. Seven Mile. The
Detroit City Council obliged by allowing an "Hadassah Corners"
sign to be mounted on the street signpost. Those attending to
the booth were Mesdames (from left, standing) S. Dennis
Rogers, Sol Hoffman, membership chairman; Max Lichter,
Chapter president; Joe Horwitz; (seated) Ivan Meisner, vice•
president of membership; and Benjamin Bond.

nual complimentary cocktail
party 9:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. H. Cohn,
