flour

1 teapsoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Beat the potato flakes into the
boiling water, add the salt, and mix
until smooth. Add the farina and
eggs and mix until blended. Gradu-
ally stir in enough flour to make a
soft dough. Roll out on a lightly
floured board to an 8x24 inch strip.
Cut into 12 4-inch squares. Pit the
plums. Combine the sugar and cin-
namon and put about 1/4 teaspoon
into the cavity of each plum. Put
