SINAI HOSPITAL WOMEN'S
GUILD will hold a compliment-
ary luncheon noon Sept. 13 in
the hospital's lecture hall. It
will be served by the hospital-
ity committee. In keeping with
the theme "Patterns for Prog-
ress," the Guild will feature
three speakers on the use of
hypnosis in modern medical and
dental practice. They are Dr. Eli
Brown, chief anesthesiologist of
Sinai and associate professor at
Wayne State University Medical
School; Dr. S. Irwin Shaw,
founder of the Michigan Society
of Psychosomatic Dentistry; and
Dr. Ronald A. Selbst, psychi-
atrist. In charge of the program
are Mrs. Sol Hoffman and Mrs.
Milton Maddin. Volunteers are
invited to attend, according to
Mrs. Irvin Hermanoff, president.
