Rabbi Linchner is a Torah
educator now serving as presi-
dent of the Mesifta in Brook
lyn, N.Y. He is the son-in-law
of the late Rabbi Feivel Men-
delowitz, who founded Torah
Vodaath. Rabbi Linchner also
heads Boys' Town in Jerusalem,
where he spends several months
each year.

Kinzer as President

Club installation. Franklin L.
Levy was honored as the "Man
of the Year." Levy is the club's
treasurer and chairman of the

committee and executive board.
He is a past president of the
synagogue. The club presented
its Blood Bank Award to Mrs.
Donald Farkus, Sheldon Man-
son and William Naftaly.
