Congregation Gemiluth Chas-
sodim will hold its "Salute to
Israel" dinner Sunday, June 23,
6:30 p.m., in the Fred Hopfeld
Hall of the synagogue, Vassar
and Greenfield. Joining in the
affair are the congregation's af-
filiated societies and Selfhelp-
Detroit.
The guest star will be Lew
Norman, humorist. Judge Ira G.
Kaufman of
the Wayne
County Pro-
bate Court,
president o f
the Zionist
Organization
of Detroit,
will be the
guest speaker.
The tribute to
Israel will be
delivered b y Judge Kaufman
Rabbi Joel J. Litke.
The "Salute to Israel" chair-
man is Otto _Kaufman. The tic-
ket chairman is Max Werner.
The Israel Ensemble of Sab-
ras will provide the musical
program.
Reservations for the 'dinner,
at $3 per person, can be made

gram is being arranged on be-
half of the Israel Bond Cam-
paign.
