Cousens, research analyst of the Great Cities Program for School Improvement. Harvey Zucker- berg, city editor of the Detroit Jewish News, and Dr. Samuel Krohn, Council vice-president, will also participate in the pro- gram. Those attending the Institute will be able to consult with pro- gram specialists on particular problems faced by their own organization and will receive information regarding the serv- ices available to every member organization through the Coun- cil's Program Service.
