The luncheon will be high- lighted by a fashion show and prizes. $12 Million Sale Mortgages Sets Levinson Record Benjamin Levinson, president, Franklin Mortgage Corporation, has completed the largest sale of mortgages of his 25 year's experience. • Last week, he bought and sold, from the "FNMA" port- folio, over $12 million in both FHA and GI mortgages. The sale was made to five principal banking institutions, four in the New York area, and one in the Midwest. The rehabilitation program includes physical therapy treat- ments, color television, music, games, a library, handicrafts and entertainment. For those who do not require resident care and who may live alone or with children, the center has a Golden 50 Day Club which offers an opportu- nity to visit Abbey on a daily basis, be served well balanced, hot meals and participate in the planned therapy and recreation activities. Close personal attention is provided 24 hours a day by re- gistered professional nurses and other trained personnel. A doc- tor is always available or the resident may be attended by a physician of his choice. The building is climatically con- trolled and the most modern safety devices for the aged and infirm are provided. Moreover, Abbey is equipped and staffed to handle paralytics, cardiacs, hypertensives, diabet- ics, seniles, stroke cases and post-operative c o'n dition s.
